Freshly Washed Hair

Hi all

If you were at the social on March 31, 2012 then you may have heard Kim mention how to wash and condition your hair to prevent tangles and snags.  I twisted my hair and adding my conditioner and rinsed out after 5 minutes.

If not here are some pictures of how my hair turned out using her method.

I must say that it was very soft and detangled with little coils all over my head. Did anyone try it?

  1. For me after I have washed out the shampoo, I twist my hair in about 10 big 2-strand twists; applying conditioner to each section & detangling. While the twists are in, I rinse out my hair then wrap them up in a t-shirt to soak up the water. An hour or two later or while majority of the water has been soaked up I do a retwist, applying my conditioner as a leave in.

That's pretty much it for me and my hair comes out super soft.

  2. I pretty much do the same thing. The only difference is that I do not use shampoo and with the length that I have now I am pretty sure that I have to put in more than ten twists (lol) but it is working for me.
